Hey guys! Sorry, I've been occupied for awhile, but I just wanted to catch you all up with my fitness plans. I recently started P90X and I actually love it. I think a change in work out routines every few weeks is very important. It helps your body not get used to same the type of work outs. Here is an updated photo of myself so far.
I am currently 124 pounds with 15% body fat and I stand at 5 feet and 8 inches. By the time I am done with P90X, I hope to have extremely visible abs and lower percent in body fat. Every few weeks, I will be sure to post a photo of myself, so you all know I did not get lazy. ;) If I can do it, I know you all can too. It's a new year, so get up off your butt and start thanking your body for everything it has done for you! :)
