Short With Long & How I Got Taller

 Hola!  

If you know me, you know that I RARELY wear eye shadow.  I usually just stick to eye liner and some mascara, but I had the urge to change up my routine.  I just smeared on a pretty grey shade across my lid which definitely made my eyes pop. 

I paired a crop top that was from Target with some, short shorts from Hollister.  Of course, I had to add a long, pretty necklace owl necklace to the outfit.

A few years ago, I was dying to be a few inches taller, so I turned to my best friend, Google and I read many articles about stretching to help achieve my goal.  I tried it out for a few months and I actually grew an inch and a half.  Sounds crazy, I know!  I just had to add this into my post because I have been hearing a lot  lately about girls that are unsatisfied with their current height and/or weight.  Of course, proper diet and regular exercise is ideal for weight issues, but doing small things such fixing your posture automatically makes a girl look taller and slimmer.  Not to mention, your butt and chest area will look bigger as well. ;) The main stretch I constantly did to achieve my goal was the upward dog.  However, if you have a super long torso for your body, stretch your legs out before you do this move, so you don't look in proportionate and vice versa.
